Fees & Cancellation Policy

Fees vary depending on the length of session required, the type of funding and the location of the session (either in clinic or in home, which includes travel costs).  Initial sessions normally require a longer consultation time so are charged at a higher rate. Sessions are also available by Zoom.

Vibrant Spirit is NDIS & Medicare Registered.

NDIS funding is accepted whether you are plan managed, self-managed or NDIS Agency managed.  Please see NDIS page for NDIS services provided by Vibrant Spirit.

Medicare & Private Health rebates may apply.  Medicare rebates are available if you provide a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.  If your entitled to a Medicare rebate you are still required to pay the full fee up front.  We will process your rebate at the same time which usually takes 24 hours to reach your bank account unless we have your bank details in our system then it is often quicker/. It is your responsibility to ensure your bank details are up to date with Medicare in order to receive your refund. Payments are processed online using a secure server with your credit/debit card or you can pay with cash.

Mental Health Care Plans

50 min clinic appt to $180 Medicare rebate $79.05 (gap $100.95)

Eftpos facilities are available in the clinic.

Body Talk Sessions

$180 for 60-minute session either in clinic or remote.

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect to people who are waiting to access appointments, you are required to provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments at Vibrant Spirt. Failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee being charged. This fee will then need to be paid before any further appointments can be scheduled. Even if an external agency, such as  Medicare cover your appointments, the cancellation fee is your personal responsibility to pay. The cancellation fees are as follows:

• Less than 48 hours notice – 100% of your appointment fee will be payable

There are certain circumstances where this fee can be waived however the best way to avoid this fee altogether is to provide adequate notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A voicemail can be left on 0481061222 at any time to cancel your appointment.
